About us

Pham Development

A family-founded luxury developer rooted in Sarasota. John and Faith Pham founded the company in 2019 to build something that would outlast them and pass to the next generation.

We select only the finest waterfront — Siesta Key, the boutique island addresses of Lido Key, and the storied streets West of the Trail.

From conception to completion, every step is overseen in-house, in the finest materials. Our motto: Investing in the Future.

What a Pham house includes

Why they cost
what they cost.

Nothing below is an upgrade, an allowance or a line on a change order. It is what the house is, on the day it is handed over.

01

The land, before anything else

Deep water and no fixed bridges to the Gulf. One hundred and seventy feet of canal frontage at 546 Freeling. One hundred feet of seawall on Roberts Bay at 1386. One hundred and ninety feet of sailboat water on two sides at 3200 Higel. The water is bought first; the house answers to it.

02

Built for the coast it sits on

Impact glass and current storm codes throughout. Elevated riprap shoreline and fortified foundations where the Gulf demands them. Elevators serving every level as a matter of course, not a late addition.

03

The kitchen is not a package

Fulgor Milano and Thermador gas appliances. Doca cabinetry, hand-crafted in Spain. Porcelain imported from Portugal. Waterfall quartz, butler's pantries and glass wine walls — specified as standard rather than offered as a tier.

04

The outside is finished too

Heated saltwater pools with champagne spas and sun shelves. Full outdoor kitchens with six-burner grills, wet bars and ice machines. Remote electric mosquito and sun screens. Docks with power, boat lifts, putting turf, fire pit terraces.

05

Volume you cannot add later

Seventeen-and-a-half-foot vaulted ceilings at 546 Freeling. Twenty-foot at 838 Norsota. Twelve-foot pocket sliders that disappear into the wall. Ceiling height is decided at framing and never again.

06

One roof, start to finish

Land, design, architecture, construction, brokerage and delivery under this company. No general contractor margin stacked on a developer margin. No layer between the buyer and the people holding the drawings.
